ParentJobNet offers Educational, Counseling, and Training services to NYC public school parents and located in our partnered public schools and community based organizations. These programs are designed to support and provide the job resources and skills necessary to enable parents to enter or reenter the job market with the added ability to help promote the educational well-being of their children.
 
All of our programs and services are offered free of charge to public school parents and caregivers with the generous support of the Diana Davis Spencer Foundation, Consortium for Worker Education, government organizations, elected officials, businesses, individual donors, and with the help of our family of generous supporters.
ParentJobNet’s Business Networking Events are intended to bring together people who are looking to meet and speak with other individuals with similar job or career aspirations in a relaxing environment.  Promote your business, your skills, or products and meet with potential employers at our Professional Networking events. In addition, there are special guest speakers at many of these events and participants are given the opportunity to promote their products and services in a 2-3 min. presentation.
ParentJobNet offers a variety of services to our qualified clientele. From our comprehensive One-on-One Career Counseling services, Skills Assessment, Resume and Cover Letter assistance, Job Readiness Workshops, Mock Interviews, and Job Referrals. We also provide social services help that include referrals to agencies for assistance such as: housing, childcare, healthcare, etc.
